Top notch apartment complex, loved the kitchen design it’s one of my top choices between Bham and RO. Furthermore, AJ is the best property manager of all the property managers from any other complex I’ve met. He really is friendly (always has a smile, sounds like he’s happy to hear from you), and he’s responsive (calls back every time I have a question) and made the entire process easy. He gives the cultural best face of the company and I’d imagine everything gets followed up at Icon.

I’ve had a great experience at ICON on Main, especially thanks to AJ, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the renewal process. AJ answers questions quickly, and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. I also want to shout out the team that plans the resident events. We recently had a flower bouquet-making event, which was not only fun to do, but also left me with a pretty display for my apartment!

The apartment complex is very modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful, which makes a big difference. The overall atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. Definitely a great place to live!

Was lucky for all of the help and comfort Anthony (AJ) had offered to use while looking for a new place to live! Especially while dealing with an emergency flood! He was extremely nice, helpful, and most importantly, straight forward & willing/happy to help! I’d give him 10 stars if I could!
