I am a current resident of ICON on main and have really enjoyed my time living here, mostly because of the property manager Ray Willingham. Ray has been exceptional and has gone above and beyond from even before we moved in. Most notably Ray helped us store furniture prior to our move in date and even hand delivered our furniture to our unit on a Saturday while he had a cold and was at the doctors office the morning of. I had a great experience at the Icon mainly due to the expertise and accommodations from the property manager. This was a work apartment for me, far away from where I call home. Our apartment is absolutely beautiful! It was turned beautifully before we moved in. The main reason for my five start rating is because of the Property Manager, Ray! I absolutely loved staying here at icon, The location is great with much to do around and the studio apartment I stayed in was perfect for me. Ray is the best property manager I have ever worked with, He is so helpful and attentive. He has even helped me on a Sunday when he didn’t even have to be in the office.
